Maybe that's what makes it ok? None of my friends could come up with an answer, either, other than it must not be illegal, since they've been doing this for a few years.

It's nice to see how "sexually open" a society can be, but there's a fine fine line between "donation" and "prostitution". Also,the whole おっぱい募金 thing seems a BIT sexist. I mean would it ever ever happen the other way around, with girls paying to "grab" a random guy. DEF. NOT.
