    It's run on AA batteries I think. Just rip open it's back (with a zipper, of course) and insert new batteries!

    You could always rip out the insides of a regular stuffed animal and stick a phone inside. It probably wouldn't be as functional, but it would sure be cheaper (the Kuma Phone's pricetag is set at $500).

    Well... the whole bear is the phone (here's where the main part of it is). There's no actual "other cellphone" in there, if that's what you mean.

    they've finally done it . . . i was wondering when they would bring together stuffed animals and cell phones . .. although it is not the most conventional phone, i kind of want to buy it . . . just because it looks a bit cute . . . also it would be a great conversation starter . . .

    v.v I cannot even comment on this. It's... it's... sick! The unholy matrimony of bear and phone has finally come to pass!

    Okay, one thing I do wonder is how the heck do you call someone who's not on speed dial! No freaking keys! I suppose this is perfect for those parents who worry so much about their kids that they give their 5 year olds cellphones. And hey, if they ever get kidnapped, you'd just better hope the kidnapper is nice enough to let the kid keep the bear.

    lol. i'd be scared having that bear in my room. like...if you leave it off the hook and the little noise comes on and its like 2 o clock in the morning...and the bears like...
